Cutting from the wheel
When we first started deli divine I had no idea of the different cheeses that were available. What was the big deal between buying my supermarket brie or waiting at the deli counter to get it cut? Well now a self confessed cheese snob I can proudly say i will never go back to my precut cheese!! Not saying that all cheeses like this are bad but i love nothing more than getting home and unwrapping the selection of cheeses that were picked out for me by someone who knows what they are talking about! not only this but having cheese cut from the wheel is a great way to try before you buy and wrapping in the wax paper as we do will help to maintain the freshness of your cheese. If you look carefully as well you will see that on some cheeses you are not paying alot more for this service than you would buying it pre-cut in the supermarket.
The best part of all though always ask to try before you buy!!
