Souther Tasmanian cheese tour
Michael and I have just returned from a 3 day gourmet food tour of southern Tasmania, organised by Mcintosh & Bowman cheese mongers of Sydney. From hands on cheese making experiences to whisky at 8am the only regret is that we did not have more time!We would highly recommend that you check this out as we had a fantastic time.
